Long Time No Post ....Need More Food Porn

Okay...nuff is enuff.....gotta stop drooling over the Grillin food and take pics before I devour it.

Soooo.....have in the fridge as we speak......

Two chickens to do beer can style tomorrow nite.......nuttin fancy just some Kelly Rub, EVOO, Orange Juice on one....the other....similar Kelly Rub....some extras. Will see how it pans out tomorrow............

For Tuesday.....two racks of very meaty pork ribs.....special rub....on both.....

Hey Kelly!

Saw your comments on Smoke ring about smokin on a gasser.. I understand movin the meat to the side(s) with no heat... Should I put on a pan of wood chips (wet or dry) over the side with the burners runnin? Is this how you're getting some smoke goin? or, pls elaborate. I'm figurin on running the grill at about 280 to slow cook... will the chips make smoke at this low a temp?

Biker...sorry for long time no comment.

I actually just throw a small stick or two right on the grate and crank the heat on high to get some smoke. It burns fast but still gives smoke. Yes you can do the foil tray...or to get more smoke soak some in water first.
